Charity Launches the Witchy Therapist Podcast!

Jun 2, 2026 | Therapy

Today, Charity O’Reilly and her podcast co-host, Stacey Aldridge LCSW launched The Witchy Therapist Podcast!

The story goes like this:

Stacey was looking for a podcast that combined professional mental health expertise with topics related to being “witchy” in therapist practice, like incorporating reiki, tarot, astrology, and crystals. She couldn’t find anything, so she posted in a “witchy” facebook group asking for recommendations. Charity, who loves to create new things, commented on the post and said, “If we can’t find one, maybe we should make it!”

Charity and Stacey jumped on a zoom call that day, and the Witchy Therapist Podcast was born.

Witchy Therapist Podcast

It’s been two months since that fateful day, and since then Charity and Stacey have gone from total strangers to fast friends. They have learned that they have a lot in common, including growing up in religious traditions that viewed anything “witchy” as demonic, and journeying to discover that witchy practices have freed them to be more fully themselves in their practices. They talk all about this journey in today’s series premier, which you can listen to on Apple, Spotify, or anywhere that pods are cast! (Who knew that podcasts were like witchy spells, being cast?!) We’d also love you to join us by watching on YouTube, so you can see all the witchy therapist resources we share. While you’re there, please make sure to subscribe, and to rate the podcast!

We will be joined this season by an amazing lineup of witchy healers to talk about diverse topics like ancestral healing, autistic burnout, reiki in the therapy room, talking to kids about witchy things, and so much more. Join us!

Our instagram page will keep you updated as new episodes air each week.

As always, if you want to learn more about Charity’s practice, you can do so here!

And you can learn all about Stacey here!
