My Letter From Love

Aug 11, 2025 | Uncategorized

In April, when I was in the middle of recovering from ankle surgery, Elizabeth Gilbert asked me to share a Letter from Love. It was the perfect time for me to reflect on what Love was saying to me, as sitting for 13 weeks on the couch without any ability to help others is a tough spot for an Enneagram 2 to be. I learned so much from that process, and I was grateful for the opportunity to share some of it in my Letter.

I’m finally getting around to sharing that letter here. If you don’t already subscribe to Liz’s Substack, she shares weekly Letters from Love, which I find to be a wonderful practice for tuning in to what really matters.
