As the winter months settle in, many of us feel the natural pull to slow down, soften, and come back home to ourselves. This season can be a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with our bodies—at a pace that feels safe, grounding, and supportive.

I’m offering a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga group this January & February designed to create a cozy, compassionate space where you can explore movement, breath, and rest with choice and ease. My long-time yoga teacher and therapist colleague Kelly Hagenbaugh and I have run hundreds of hours of these groups together, and we love the support they provide both bodies and parts. We would be honored for you to join us.

This class is:
Gentle and invitational…every shape and movement is optional
Focused on healing and body awareness…supporting you in reconnecting with your body and your parts, at your own pace
Warm, cozy, and winter-friendly…make a cup of tea, grab a blanket, light a candle, and curl up with us each week on Zoom.
Suitable for all bodies…no yoga experience needed

Whether you’re navigating stress, healing from trauma, or simply craving a calm, nurturing practice during the colder months, you’re welcome to join us.
