What is Induced After Death Communication?

If you are anything like me, you think “What is that??” when you hear the words “Induced After Death Communication.” I’d love to tell you!

Induced After Death Communication, or IADC, is a beautiful companion of EMDR work that is used for processing grief and loss of all kinds. In IADC, we use EMDR to process the deep sadness of a loss. Then we use the power of EMDR to allow your brain to communicate what it wishes it could to your lost loved one.

The Pain of Loss

If you have experienced loss, you know how painful it is. IADC is not here to take your grief away. Instead, it is here to integrate it- and the love of your lost loved one- into your life. IADC is very special in how it allows us to connect with our lost loved one and communicate what we wish could have been said. It allows us to sense their love for us. I personally love this image for how it represents the way we integrate grief. It doesn’t go away; it’s a reminder of love, and who would want to lose that? But it can become less painful and all-consuming, and IADC can help.
