I can hardly believe it’s been a full year since my first book, You Will Get Through This: A Mental Health Tool Kit was published! It’s been an amazing year. From the beautiful book launch party at The Frenchtown Bookshop that so many of you attended, to our second printing within the first month, to the Library Journal naming it one of the best resource guides of 2025, we are so proud of all this book has accomplished in the world. It is truly fulfilling our vision of providing easy to access mental health information to anyone who needs it. Here are just a few of our many 5-star reviews:
“I’ve read a lot of mental health books and this was the first one that I found relatable and genuinely helpful. It is well-researched and has great insight. Highly recommend for anyone struggling and just needs a little help.” -Katie O
“I’m honestly blown away by how down-to-earth this book feels while seeing the pages and pages of research references in the back. This is such a thoughtful book, written by three therapists who are on the ground level with clients, and you can feel it. It is so easy to navigate, and I love how it is organized. It is full of tools and techniques you can do at home and help understanding what you’re going through, including specific application for children and other resources beyond these pages (which include books, apps and podcast recommendations.)” -A. Bradley
“Not only is this book aesthetically beautiful, it’s full of beautiful words, skills, validation for the reader, and ultimately an accessible resource for all. The authors take time to be mindful of biases in the world of mental health making it a resource that can be meaningful for all readers. Pleased to add this to my library and will be revisiting chapters over and over for years to come.” -Albert Sylvester
